 Three Questions Leaders Must Ask About Their Company

INTRODUCTION:

As we know the leader plays a crucial role when it comes to any organization. The leader is the one who strategically takes decisions for the organization for its betterment and its better positioning in the market.

He is the one who inspires the team for action and helps in productive collaboration.

So, leadership is the vital role that a leader plays and it is not just about decision making but making the right decisions. For this he is required to have accurate information that is obtained through right questions that he assesses in terms of organization's strength and weaknesses.

Among this all, the most crucial is most dormant.

"The character" 

In this article we will discuss the questions regarding character which a leader must ask, that whether the character highlighted in the vision and mission statements is to inspire and to improve or just fluffy and vague!

Firstly he must ask: Do peoples have clear understanding of the organization's mission and purpose?

Considering the importance of customers and other stakeholders, a leader must know whether the organization's mission and purpose is enough to convey the institutional value.

Next, Do people think that an organization means its ethical and moral values?

That refers to the actual actions taken by the organization that actually meet the promises made by the organization. 

Third question: Being a leader am I playing a role to set the right example?

Lastly and most importantly, being leader am I setting the right example to be followed by the other staff.

CONCLUSION:

Above mentioned questions highlights the importance of character in any organization and explains why self questioning is a method of evaluation and betterment of any organization. It also discuses the importance of conveying its mission and vision statement to the people and whether organization actually means it. Additionaly it mentions the importance of leaders role in setting a right example.
